Source Awareness Training

Awareness Training will prepare you for your 6-7 day AllOne time nature solo and also help you reintegrate upon your return.

This program will teach you how to come into a deep state of relaxation while simultaneously cultivating a profound experience of Presence. The core of these teachings are based on WoN's universal Twelve Guiding Principles of Natural Liberation: a direct path to Source Awareness that honors the essence of all the world’s great liberating traditions.

Each morning we will begin our day practicing Qigong and Gaia Flow, which will support the release of blockages stored within your mind and body and bring you into a unified state with all that surrounds you.

AllOne Time Solo

AllOne time gives you the opportunity to integrate the Awareness Training practices with the support of solitude in wild Nature.

Our AllOne solo camps will be on the edge of the 42,000 hectare Corcovado National Park, which is home to almost 400 species of birds, 140 species of mammals, 116 species of amphibians and reptiles, over 500 species of trees, and more than 6,000 species of insects.

The Osa Peninsula was noted by National Geographic as the most biologically intense ecosystem in the world, and is home to at least half of all species in Costa Rica.

Jan 7: Arrive at Luna Lodge. This is a travel day, there are no teachings.

Jan 8 - 9: Awareness Training

Jan 10 - 16: AllOne Time Solo

Lodging for the training portion of the retreat will take place at Luna Lodge, nominated as one of the top eco-lodges in Costa Rica by Lonely Planet. This secluded eco-lodge is set in the pristine and captivating Osa Peninsula near Corcovado National Park in southwestern Costa Rica. Luna Lodge was constructed by Costa Rican natives, prioritizing conservation and preservation of the rainforest. The lodge has been developed with creative initiative and commitment to the ideals of educating visitors to be environmentally and culturally sensitive.

What Do I Need To Do To Prepare?

Travel & Accommodations

You will be responsible for booking your accommodations at Luna Lodge for the training portion of the retreat. Luna Lodge includes in their pricing; 5 nights lodging, one complimentary massage, 3 amazing meals a day during the training portion of your retreat, and a flight from San Jose to the Lodge on Osa Peninsula. There will be a group discount for this Sacred Passage retreat, so be sure to mention that you are with the John P. Milton Sacred Passage group to receive the discounted rate. We suggest that you contact Luna Lodge as soon as possible to book your room, bungalow, or luxury tent. Visit www.lunalodge.com to view their website. You will also need to plan on arriving to San Jose by January 6th, where you will stay overnight and then catch a flight to Luna Lodge on the 7th. You will fly back to San Jose on the 18th and will need to arrange your accommodations for the night and then your flight home. Luna Lodge has a new, very nice Bed & Breakfast in San Jose, Costa Rica - "Luna Inn Cariari" - where you can stay on January 6th and January 18th. It is only 5 minutes form the airport and Luna Lodge can assist you in booking these accommodations as well as airport transfer and flights to and from Luna Lodge.

We will meet at Luna Lodge on the Osa Peninsula on Saturday January 7th. This is a travel day, so there will be no official training on this day. This will give you the opportunity to come to the Lodge, settle in, meet your Sacred Passagers, and relax into your new environment. Delicious, organic meals will be available at Luna Lodge for you to enjoy that evening, and for all meals during the Awareness and Reintegration training.
